Problems With Manual Calibration Systems
Paper based or Excel spreadsheets may be taking lot of your valuable time scheduling, tracking and recording data for calibration and maintenance activities.
Challenging to use the paper based specification templates to record the calibration data.
Calculation to generate the calibration certificate can take lot of time and prone to error.
Manual systems can lead to compliance issues, because sometimes people just forget to complete the records, or simply misplace the records.
Feature1: Pick and use from 1000’s of manufactures specifications
There are 1000’s of specification templates preloaded for common brands including Eppendorf, Gilson, Rainin , Thermo Finpipettes, Integra, Labenet and others.
All you have to do is to select your pipette type, manufacturer, model, volume range, your templates will be automatically selected for data entry.
More over, this is going to be one time activity. This selection will be stored in the system.
Next time, find the pipette by serial number.
Then hit the calibration button, enter the data for AS Found or As left sections.
Your calibration data would be automatically compared against the manufacturer’s spec for Accuracy and precision.
After the calibration data entry ( automatically done, if you have RS232), the .pdf certificate and label will be ready for print out.
The calibration certificates and label prints are available throughout the storage period.
